The RemotePoint Pro™ 1⁄2” Tube x 1⁄2” NPT Straight Push to Connect fitting connects 1⁄2” OD Air Sampling Smoke Detection (ASD) flexible capillary tubing to ASD pipe networks. When used with RemotePoint Pro™ Smart Series Sampling Points, only one fitting is needed, saving time and costs. Made from durable flame-retardant thermoplastics, it can handle temperatures from -4°F to 176°F and features embossed warnings to avoid painting. Each unit comes with a waterproof self-adhesive label that resists chemicals and includes an NFC identifier, part number, and QR code for easy management. The push-to-connect design simplifies installation by eliminating multi-piece fittings while ensuring a leak-proof connection. Installers simply screw the fitting into a 1⁄2” FNPT threaded pipe tee, cut the capillary tube to length, and insert it into the fitting to complete the connection.
